Mr. Kenneth L. Coleman will assume his role effective November 1, 2011, and will serve as the principal advisor to the CEO of Lotaris during its commercial development and expansion.  As one of Silicon Valley�??s most distinguished professionals acknowledged by numerous awards and honors, with decades of experience in global roles for companies such as HP, Silicon Graphics, and Activision, and with many years serving growing technology businesses as Advisor, Chairman and Board Director, Mr. Coleman will bring exceptional insight and guidance to Lotaris.
