LOTARIS OPENS AN OFFICE IN LEBANON TO MANAGE ITS MIDDLE EAST AND NORTH AFRICAN BUSINESS

LOTARIS^® opens an office in Lebanon to manage its Middle East and North African business

Mr. Hassan Loutfy been named as the Regional Manager for Lotaris' Middle East and North African region.  Based in Beirut, he will manage the business development, project implementation and support of our projects throughout the region.  The MENA region represents one of the most important and fastest growing regions globally for smartphone users.  In addition to their own subscribers in the region, many of the world's top mobile operators have global or regional headquarters in the region.

In fact, the genesis of Lotaris was actually in Dubai, with a development team in South Africa, so the Middle East - Africa axis has been alive and well for Lotaris for some time.  Now it will receive a strong commercial focus.

Mr. Loutfy comes to Lotaris through our relationship with our global business development partner, Lotier International.  He has a strong background in designing, delivering and supporting mobile solutions through mobile operators and has particularly strong Microsoft credentials.  We are simply delighted with both the establishment of the MENA office and with the business development activity to date. We expect to be able to announce our first deals in the region shortly.
