New Partnership of Lotaris^® with SMOBILE

The leading device security solution for smart phones and the
first OTA platform for mobile security applications, together in
one package

Lotaris^®, based in Switzerland, delivers mobile data and protection
software to business users as a « plug and play » value added service
across the major mobile operating systems.
Establishing partnerships is one of Lotaris^®’ missions. In February
2009, Lotaris^® has concluded a global agreement with SMobile
Systems as a strategic ISV (Independent Software Vendor) partner.
SMobile Systems is the world leader in providing comprehensive
software security solutions for all major mobile smartphone platforms,
including BlackBerry, Windows Mobile, Symbian, Palm, iPhone
and Android. From the beginning, the company has engineered its
products specifically for mobile platforms.
Lotaris^®, in partnership with SMobile Systems, provides the commercial
platform to support the Mobile Operator’s business models, and works
with the Operator to implement and support the complete solution.
Lotaris^® operates a web-based platform that enables the Mobile
Operator to offer SMobile Security Shield as a value-added service.
SMobile Security Shield provides a reliable and automatically updated
service to the end-user with protection applications such as anti-virus,
firewall, anti-spam, anti-theft (remote wipe, lock, back-up) as well
as call filtering and anti-spam.
