Lotaris today announced the migration of its Licensed Mobile Environment (LME) Platform to its new world class service delivery platform. "We have made a significant investment in both people and  infrastructural services, which is necessary to support the highest service levels for our top-tier customers, who rely on our licensing platform availability, performance and security every day", CEO Mr. Robert Tibbs said.

The new service delivery platform uses virtualization technology, is located in San José and Hong Kong for geographical diversity, and is connected via a fully redundant MPLS ring. As a result, Lotaris offers guaranteed Service Level Agreements in Availability (with guaranteed uptime), Business Continuity (with guaranteed maximum downtime and data loss in case of disaster), Multi-layered Scalability and Multi-Layered Security (with guaranteed protection against fraud and theft).

"The key to guaranteeing service levels is not only in having world class infrastructure, but also in having control over the operational management thereof", Chief of Operations, Mr. Chris Lienhard said. Our partnership with DataPipe ensures that we have a seamless management structure at all times. "We believe that we have now achieved global leadership in providing our licensing services to the highest operational  standards, he said.
