LOTARIS SIGNS PARTNER DEAL FOR SOUTH EAST ASIA |

Singapore: Lotaris today announced a Memorandum of Understanding with Dataprep Holdings Berhad, a Malaysian public listed company, for the South East Asian region including Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand and China.
Dataprep Holdings is a regional IT integration company controlled by VXL Holdings Sdn Bhd. Datuk LIM Chee Wah, the founder and President of the VXL Group of Companies is the youngest son of the late Tan Sri LIM Goh Tong, founder of the Genting Group. In terms of the agreement, Dataprep will market the LiME Platform to strategic partners in the region, and provide local system integration and support. Dataprep CEO, Mr CHEAM Tat Inn stated that he saw excellent opportunities for the Lotaris LiME Platform with mobile operators and other players in the region.
Mr. Robert Tibbs, CEO of Lotaris, said: "Our Singapore-based relationship with Dataprep is an important step in developing our presence in Asia, building on our strong base in Japan and Korea through our relationship with Access Co. in Tokyo. We look forward to great business together." |
