Yverdon-les-Bains: Lotaris today announced the commercial launch of their state-of-the-art Licensed Mobile Environment (LiME) Platform, as its 3rd Generation Platform.

LiME is a solution for the management and monetization of mobile services on the Internet, which enables the definition and enforcement of licensing terms for mobile services, and supports different licensing models: time-based, feature-based, usage-based and subscription-driven. It enables flexible business models for ISVs andDistributors (such as Marketplace operators). A core element is a dynamic user interface engine, which supports configurable in-app interaction flows with end-users. The engine is used for in-app payments, in-app subscription management and more generally in-app messaging.

Lotaris CTO, Dr. Olivier Liechti commented: "We have incorporated all our learnings as an application reseller over the past few years into the design of this comprehensive platform".
