Yverdon-les-Bain, Switzerland: Lotaris today announced the appointment of Mr. Jérôme Lepeu as Chief Financial Officer. He comes with strong international experience in group financial structuring and management, treasury, e-commerce and compliance functions across multiple countries in the mobile, technology and security sectors.

As Finance Director for VeriSign EMEA for over 5 years,  Mr. Lepeu was, inter alia, responsible for the compliance and reporting for over 35 legal entities across the region, and as Finance Director for Handspring EMEA for 3 years, he had broad financial responsibilities including setting up an optimized revenue and tax company structure across Europe and established a successful centralized e-commerce sales engine.
