BEHAVIOURAL ANALYTICS

Behavioural Analytics provides real-time analysis and business intelligence of user's behavioural and context information, based on their activity within an application, which can be at a fine-grained event level, such as the startt of a session, the successful completion of a level, the failure to complete a level, the acquisition of a weapon or the achievement or a new high-score. 

This service maximizes revenue by providing software developers and service providers with the intelligence to better target offerings to their user base, to better focus on relevant markets/segments and to improve their own applications. It provides a reporting and interactive querying interface, which is used to analyze the collected user events. The reports present aggregated statistics and offer different ways to navigate the collected data. For instance, it is possible to analyse the evolution of the number of users over time, at what stage user's "give-up" on a game, which users in a particular country have not used a game or feature within any defined period of time, etc. 

 

CAMPAIGNING

The Campaigning Service maximizes revenue by causing automatic actions in response to real-time fine-grained user behaviour for a defined user population. This could include :
 
- Increasing sales by sending targeted in-application promotional messages to specific users in a determined geography at appropriate events;
- Enhancing business intelligence by targeting an in-application survey to a user population as they reach a certain level in a game or a number of actions within an application;
- Increasing sales by causing a “user flow” proposal/purchasing process of a feature or virtual goods based on a certain event for a specific user population (for example, users in a specified region or country, over 30 years old who have achieved their new high-score);
- Any other in-application conversation, including integration with, and using information from other systems (such as the number of game credits available)
